1. The Service

AISEO.diy provides AI-powered SEO software as a service ("SaaS"). We deliver SEO audits, keyword suggestions, meta optimization, technical SEO analysis and content recommendations through an online dashboard. All services are delivered digitally — nothing is shipped physically.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and purchase.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR).
• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. By purchasing, you agree to Razorpay's terms and authorize them to charge your chosen payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and your own website changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISEO.diy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by their nature survive termination (payments, IP, liability) will remain in effect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with AISEO.diy. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our digital subscription services. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of your purchase if the service does not work for you — for example, if you cannot access your account or the platform does not function as described on this website.

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@aiseo.diy within the 7-day window.
2. Include your registered email address, the order ID from your Razorpay receipt, and the reason for the refund.
3. We verify the purchase and process the refund within 5–7 business days of approval.

The refund is returned to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests received after the 7-day window.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.
• Duplicate refund requests already processed for the same order.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except within the 7-day refund window described above.

5. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed or disputed through your bank or Razorpay, we may suspend access until the payment situation is resolved. Chargeback disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Delivery of Access

All plans are delivered electronically:

• Immediately after payment, your account is activated automatically.
• Login credentials and order confirmation are sent to your email within a few minutes of a successful payment.
• If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@aiseo.diy.

3. International Customers

Our services are available online worldwide. Because everything is delivered digitally over the internet, there are no shipping costs, customs duties or delivery delays — regardless of your location.

4. Payments

All transactions are processed securely by Razorpay. You will receive a payment receipt from Razorpay at your registered email address, which serves as proof of purchase.
